A note about chargebacks. This is when the customer calls the credit card company to get a charge reversed. You have no idea have adversely this affects our business. We have had a few and in all instances the customer did not even contact us to ask for a refund they just automatically call their credit card company and have the charges reversed.

A couple things:

If you have received a product and do this even if the product is not working this is FRAUD. We will in the future report these instances to local police and press charges against the customer. Again we see this as fraud. If you want a refund send the item back to us and we will refund your order. If you are thinking of calling your credit card company please email us. We will refund the order. We will do anything to avoid a chargeback. We incur a 45 dollar charge on chargebacks and would rather just offer you a refund. We are not here to rip anyone off. If we did that would be FRAUD and we do not want to be criminals. Sometimes things happens in shipping or another problems occues. Anyone who does file for a chargeback will be reported to www.badcustomer.com and this may affect your ability to make future purchases at other websites.
